- Jetting service PM for restaurants, every 3 months, with camera diagnostic to ensure the proper maintenance of the lines.
- Grease Trap pumping and cleaning.
- Electrical System Check: Inspecting wiring, testing circuit breakers, and ensuring all outlets function properly.
- Pest Control: Routine inspections, sealing entry points, and applying treatments if necessary.
- Lighting Maintenance: Replacing burnt-out bulbs, cleaning fixtures, and ensuring emergency lighting is functional.
- General maintenance PM: Evaluate all the issues at the location with a survey to maintain the property in great condition.
